جمعية العمال لخدمات الرعاية التعاونية هي جمعية غير ربحية تقع في نابلس، شارع الراهبات، في مبنى الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال فلسطين. الجمعية متخصصة في تقديم خدمات الرعاية للأطفال وكبار السن، وتعمل ضمن محافظة نابلس. الهدف الرئيسي للجمعية هو إنشاء حضانة وتوفير خدمات رعاية متميزة تعزز دور المرأة في سوق العمل من خلال تقديم خدمات رعاية عالية الجودة وبأسعار مناسبة. يهدف المشروع إلى تحقيق التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأعضاء، مع التركيز على تدريب وتطوير قدرات العاملين في الجمعية لضمان تقديم خدمات رعاية بكفاءة عالية، مما يسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة وتعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي. كما يدعم المشروع النساء في تحسين الفرص الاقتصادية والصحية والتعليمية لأنفسهن ولأسرهن وللمجتمع بشكل عام.
أما الأهداف الفرعية للجمعية فتتمثل في تطوير قدرات العاملات في مجال خدمات الرعاية باستخدام أحدث الأساليب والتقنيات المبتكرة، وتنفيذ حملات توعوية شاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز حقوق النساء والرجال في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية بكفاءة وعدالة. كما تسعى الجمعية إلى تقديم التدريب المهني للعاملين والعاملات في مجال الرعاية لتعزيز مهاراتهم، وتوفير خدمات رعاية متكاملة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بما في ذلك حالات التوحد، لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم الخاصة. تسعى الجمعية أيضًا إلى تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية المقدمة للأطفال وكبار السن مع توفير تكاليف مناسبة لجميع الفئات، وتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق مع التعاونيات والمؤسسات الدولية لتحقيق التكامل وتبادل الخبرات في مجال خدمات الرعاية. وأخيرًا، توفر الجمعية الرعاية الصحية الجسدية والنفسية للمتعاونين وفقًا للأساليب المتاحة لضمان رفاهيتهم وسلامتهم.
The Workers’ Cooperative for Care Services is a non-profit organization located in Nablus, Sisters’ Street, within the building of the General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions. The association specializes in providing care services for children and the elderly and operates within the Nablus Governorate. Its main goal is to establish a nursery and deliver exceptional care services that enhance women’s roles in the labor market by offering high-quality, affordable services. The project aims to empower members socially and economically, focusing on training and developing cooperative workers’ skills to ensure efficient care services, thereby improving quality of life and promoting community stability. Additionally, it supports women in improving their economic, health, and educational opportunities for themselves, their families,and communities
The association’s sub-goals include developing female workers’ skills in the care services sector, conducting awareness campaigns to promote equal access to care services, providing vocational training for workers, offering comprehensive care services for children with special needs (including autism), improving the quality and affordability of services for children and the elderly, strengthening cooperation with cooperatives and international institutions, and providing physical and psychological healthcare for cooperative workers.
